My husband's family is coming to visit. In our home we have a master bedroom, a guest room, and space downstairs to sleep. He would like his parents to sleep in our bedroom, his brother to sleep in the guest room with his wife, and us downstairs. I am already a little wary with all 4 of the guests staying with us. I would like to sleep in my own bed, not in the basement. His family has habits of staying up late, being loud, and getting up early. They also don't pick up after themselves. It is work for me when they come. Is it too much to ask to stay in our own room?
