A global e commerce firm is currently searching for a senior enterprise risk professional to join their international ERM team based in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
? Identification and mitigation of enterprise related risk.
? Designing and supporting enterprise risk solutions to stakeholders across the business - Leading enterprise risk workshops and training leaders on risk management, enterprise risk and internal control topics.
? Exposure and regular communication with counterparts globally and representing the ERM / Enterprise risk team at board meetings.
? Collaborating with internal teams (treasury, strategy, legal, internal audit, SOX and accounting) to implement enterprise risk systems and frameworks.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- University educated / MBA in Business or a relevant subject.
- 10 years + experience in the risk management space with a thorough understanding of its core principles and mitigation.
- Experience in the enterprise risk space (leadership) and the ability to communicate ERM topics is crucial for this role.
- Experience in E commerce is ideal but other risk backgrounds are appreciated.
- An understanding of wider risk topics including strategic risk, operational risk, market risk and credit risk is of interest.
- Experience in leading and coordinating workshops.
- Knowledge of internal control topics including: controlling, audit, treasury and SOX.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in working with senior management.
- Ability to have a clear vision regarding mitigation plans and training relating to ERM / enterprise risk.
